Yup, just make sure you take the correct size photo or it will be blurry… you can use http://www.imageshack.us to resize photos…
Yes if you are using an ipod touch or iphone just go to the picture you want then click the picture hold it until options come up and they say if you wanna save it then save it go yo your photos then set your desired picture as your lockscreen or wallpaper
